Anthony brings over 20 years of customer service expertise and 13 years of hands-on experience in the hair industry. His career began as an assistant, where he learned the foundations of salon operations, progressing to stylist support and eventually managing one of Miami’s top salons. This journey gave him a deep understanding of client care, service excellence, and the importance of creating a welcoming, elevated environment.

Inspired by a passion for beauty and a desire to redefine the salon experience, Anthony made the decision to open A&D Salon alongside his husband, Juan David. Together, they have built a space focused on luxury, comfort, and exceptional service—ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and beautifully taken care of.
